Ingredients (Serves 2-3):

  • 1 x Mango or (1/2 Paw paw)
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1-2 nectarines (pitted)
  • 2 ripe pears (or 1 apple)
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 1/2 cup plain or Greek yoghurt
  • Optional: ice cubes
  • 2 cups Oatmilk for blending
  • 2 scoops (or sachets) BodiTune Detox ‘n Slim powder (herbal protein blend with 40+ detox herbs)

Method:

Trim skin off the slice of all the fruits and cut into chunks then add to the blender along with some oatmilk or other milk of choice.
