This is now the third time I have done a detox in as many years. Each time it becomes easier although I do the longer one (16 tablets per day) to be able to include fish in the diet. I cheat slightly in that I take the tablets with a protein shake as I cannot seem to swallow them with just water. I enjoy the experience and the way I feel during and after; hence why I do it regularly. I certainly lose weight on the programme, feel better and have more energy.

So thrilled I took the plunge to do the detox , my health was at 66 showing signs of deteriorating pains in hips and legs not isolated anywhere but reoccurring thru the day and night made a doc visit with no conclusion only to be put on Amitriptyline had bloods done all good , didn't do the drugs and decided to try the Ultimate Herbal detox . I have just completed the detox programme and wanted to share what has happened for me. I had a 3 day lead in and then began my detox (taking full advantage of the school holidays). I found the programme easy to follow and the recipes certainly helped although I had to adjust them to my taste. After about a week I noticed that my joints weren’t painful, especially walking up and down stairs, getting up and down off the couch. I feel so much better, my mind was clearer and I feel healthier (I religiously stuck to the eating plan). I didn’t feel like I had lost any weight but decided to weigh myself on day 14 (lead up days inclusive) to my shock I had dropped 8 kilo!!! I started back at work (teacher) and the first comment from a colleague was “have you shrunk?” One of the students today said “you’ve gone and got skinny!!” Well you could imagine how delighted that made me feel considering last term I was told that I had Kankles!!! Doing this programme has encouraged me to continue on a similar eating plan (stay off sugars and breads) to shed the remaining 20 kilo that I need to loose. Thank you for advertising on Rhema. This was my first detox and I was definitly sceptical but the results are amazing. I completed my detox 3 months ago and am still experiencing the benefits. I sleep through the night every night now. I was within my healthy weight range and couldn’t lose the couple of kilos I wanted to lose. I lost them while on the detox and they have stayed off! I have arthritis in my fingers which improved on detox (still slight improvement) Helped me to eat consciously. It was amazing how satisfied the food left me feeling.
