Hi,
Just wondering if what I experienced is “normal”. I followed the preparation diet for 7 days, then starting taking the pills on Monday. Tues and Wed saw bowel motions 3 x per day, Thursday was only 1(?), Friday was 0(?) and Saturday was 1 but sort of “forced” – even though I wasn’t feeling constipated or any discomfort. This morning so far has been 1 but was definitely more like Tues/Wed motions. Is this normal or should I be having 3 per day on a regular basis? Any suggestions or is it just a case of me perhaps needing to drink more?
Thanks
