I did your Ultimate Detox a year ago and loved it, it worked really well and so I was eager to do the cleanse again this year. I started it 7 days ago and I have noticed a total difference in my bowel movements. I have been having bowel movements less often and also less solid than last time. Most of my bowel movements are more un-solid/ like diarrhea and I have had very few even semi-solid bowel movements. IS this ok? What does this mean? Thank you.
