Hi Brett Im in day 4 of detox or 7 from elimination, I am following the program to the T and am having bowel movements 3-4 times a day etc however I have only lost about 500 grams I am what some would say of smaller build but would hope to lose some of my excess weight do you think that will come? Hi Brett, How many herbal slim should i have per day as i want to lose 6 kilos…. I walk every day for 40min morning and evening… i eat very healthy and recently did your ultimate cleanse….. I have a very slow moving bowl and metabolism it seems to be hereditory….. please advise…. thank you kim
