Frustrated
I wrote a couple of days ago, but I am now on day 5 and there's still no change. This is so frustrating I now wake up with a sore back in the AM and I swear my skin is worse. I have followed the diet the whole time and did the pre-cleanse for 4 days. What's wrong with me? All the money and time I have spent doing this and I'm pretty sure I've put weight on too

Detox day 2
I'm only on day 2 of the detox but I just thought I'd check, I havnt had any increased bowel movement, just an increase in gas and bloating, should this go down/change?

Detox n Slim frequency usage
Love the taste!, but my question is could I use this as a detox and weight loss by only drinking this mix and not consuming anything else, does it have all the nuitrience in it to keep me going for a few days. I could survive on the drink alone or should I add the banana and berries as suggested in your recipes. Have only been using it with milk so far,a really nice and filling drink. regards Suzanne

How often?
Brett, how often can you do the 7 day Detox? I have recently used Detox products for 7 days, was fantastic, but was keen to know when I could do 7 days again. Or should I use for a longer period? Thanks
