Brett, how often can you do the 7 day Detox? I have recently used Detox products for 7 days, was fantastic, but was keen to know when I could do 7 days again. Or should I use for a longer period? Thanks

Should I continue taking 40 capsules per day?
Hi Brett I'm doing the 10 day detox, with 4 day lead in. Am feeling good. Have increased visits to the loo, mornings ok, however in the afternoons of day 2 – 5 I have had the runs and have needed to get to the loo in a hurry. I am fit, healthy and generally eat a diet similar to what you suggest long term. Just wondering if I should persist with taking 40 capsules a day or reduce? I want to make sure I get the full benefits of the programme. Cheers

The pills are making me constipated
I usually have regular bowel movements but since starting the detox I have became constipated. I am on Day 7. I am vegetarian and usually have quite a good diet. I have have now stopped taking the gentlelax. Any other suggestions?

Anaemic
Hi, I recently found out I am anaemic and have been prescribed iron pills. Can I take these while on the 10 day detox? Also can I drink aloe juice?
