Hi Brett, We are now on day 7 of the detox and everything is going great. I am now wanting to find out about food after Detox. We usually eat quite well at home, all our meat and eggs are organic free range(we have a small farm) and we have a big selection of fresh and frozen fruit and veggies, when ever I do roast veggies of any cooking the requires oil or butter I use Olivie Oil only. With regards to breads cereals etc …is it best to get organic, gluten free of is everything fine in moderation? Also I love to bake and we have 3 lovely girls that love to bake too and of course we love to eat what is made for us.Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks so much.

Not sure if this question will be answered in time before the offer ends. I am keen to try this product and have been reading the many questions and answers that are on this website. I am slightly confused about what the dailydo offer acutaly offers. i have read a lot about the pre diet detox and the 10 day detox and then something that happenes after. I see the dailydo offer is for a 30day detox. Could you let me know whether i can purchase this and complete the 10 day detox, or is this something different all together.
