I have loved the detox, I am on the final day – I have been entirely strict (bar some black pitted olives) I have felt great from doing it, my energy levels have been better than they have in years – but 3 key things haven’t happened – I don’t seem to have lost much weight, (I’m a stone over weight) I have not noticed any of the plaque being eliminated and my skin has not cleared up as I had hoped… Should I take the final 30 capsules that are left and continue the detox for 3 more days to try and achieve the results I had hoped for? If I do do that… how detrimental would it be to eat either nuts, cheese or smoked salmon on those 3 days? Or is that defeating the whole object?! It’s just that those are the three things I am really looking forward to eating in the next couple of days!! Many thanks, for your advice and your great product… xx

Hi – I have just completed the 10 day Detox and feel fantastic for it. Everyone has complimented me on how much clearer and brighter my skin looks. Can you tell me if I am better to do another detox or start the Herbal Slim and what the herbal slim means in difference to detox.

Is it normal to feel bloated and gain weight?
I just started the pills after 2 days pure veg and fruit diet. Today is my 2nd day. I have been to the gym and follow the straight die that is indicate in the booklet. However, I feel more bloated and my weight actually increase after I started the pills. i started using non-denatured whey protein pretty much the same time as I start the pills, not sure if this is the reason. Or would it be because I haven’t eaten enough, therefore the weight increase? Typical diet for me in the past 3-4 days was fresh fruit with organic yogurt for breakfast, fruit or veg for snacks, salad for lunch, fruit or veg for dinner(mainly fruit cause don’t need to prepare anything). Only 1 -2 protein drink a day. I sort of calculate the total calories would be between 7-800 cal a day. Is it too little? Besides the bloating and weight gain, don’t feel too much different, or is it too early to see any effect?
