Brett I met you at Waitakere home show. I started the detox last Monday and other than wine on Friday night I have only eaten fruit and vegetables. I drink herbal teas, smoothies and water. I feel really bloated and uncomfortable. My bowels are not moving everyday where I used. to. I have never done a detox before so I don’t know if this is normal. Also after the 10 days do I still take the left over capsules also how many. Thanks.

I would like to start the DETOX program when I get the money. I have one concern is that I cannot swallow big pills, I panic so I was wondering if I could crush them with a pill crusher and put in juice and drink my pills? 40 pills in one day is a huge amount and I would have to crush them in order to take them. If you could have a product that is a powder that would be most excellent. Thank you for hearing me out. Joannie 209

I am dong 10 days detoxing now, but I can not know the specific time to eat these capsules, what is the mean of “on rising’ , I am a chinese, I cannot understand the guide book very well. And I do not have the preparation diet, directly start the 10 days detoxing. this is my first day, I feel good now.

Hi Brett, I am about half way through my first slim-kit (with no weight loss yet) which is fine and I’m not complaining. What I did want to ask you about is what dosage and how should I take the tablets ? The booklet I received and then the one in my friends pack recommend different doses … I also read on the internet a third suggestion. I have been on the rapid plan and am confused which is the best way to take the pills (for weight loss) a) taking two capsules of each product (total 8 capsules) twice daily, morning and night b) taking one capsule of each product (total 4 capsules) four times daily ½hr before food c) and i’ve also read but don’t have it on me to take two of the pills (certain pills) before food and two (the other two) after food – doping this for each of your four meals a day So if you could please tell me which is the best way to take them for weight loss.
