Kia Ora Brett, Me & my partner are in day 3 of the pre-detox phase & going "ok". Couple questions please so we are ok for day #1 on Friday! It's about some foods as it's not too clear in the guide (or more than likely I have misread it!), -what about quantities? I love kumara, so Can we eat as much as we want? -is organic Manuka honey ok? -dried fruits are ok? I like them in the afternoon as a snack, apricot, prunes, dates, raisins etc. quantity? -are seeds ok? Pumpkin, sunflower etc? -almond milk ok instead of rice milk? Thanks, James

Hello Brett, I stumbled across your booklet and eagerly read it… I was excited to read your 'biography' on the back of your booklet…regarding your journey to heal a severe back injury…needless to say I felt a surge of hope that your story offers an alternative . I have been seeking a natural answer/alternative to a longstanding back problem. Basically the medical profession has come to the point that it is something I have to manage as surgery is not an option. I have come to realise, that I need a comprehensive understanding of what my body specifically needs to heal…something I don't have, so I feel although I have made some steps in the right direction seeking natural alternatives (with some success and some disappointment} I don't have a full enough picture to make a real difference. I am utterly tired of living life on pain medications…seems like its a win/lose situation. I would dearly like to find a natural way to deal with my condition. From what I have read, the detox is a great place to start….however i would like to know if I should approach this gently because of the 'toxic load' from pain meds. I understand you and your wife operate a Practice in tauranga…as we travel often for work would it be better to make an appointment initially and see how best to manage the process. I've cut out meat and dairy as well as wheat soy and refined sugar, mostly because of intolerances but the smell is still there and it is really embarrassing and I was hoping you could let me know whether or not doing the detox will benefit me. Hi Brett, I am wondering if you have a product or can recommend a detox,that may help with Psorasis. I believe it is a skin disorder from deep within the body,and I am wondering if doing a complete detox or whatever you recommended may work? I have done two ultimate detox before prior to having the skin condition and they were good (hard but good). I love my food! You may have had this case before and can steer me in the right direction. Hi Brett Firstly I want to say that I completed the Ultimate Herbal Detox which was absolutely fantastic. I completed this about a month ago and I felt on top of the world, clear skin, a bit of a weight loss and had heaps of energy. I decided to try the Ultimate Herbal Slim as I have around another 4kgs or so to lose. I am about two weeks in and I am feeling really bloated, feels like I have a lot of water retention as well. Bowel motions are good. My diet is good, not too different from the detox diet, eating what I am allowed. I am drinking lots and I am very healthy, I do not have any extra salt, no extra sugar. What am I doing wrong? I feel really FAT! Cheers JA

I started the ultimate 10 day herbal detox on Saturday 5th July and now on day 6. I started with the pre-diet phase as directed and have been strictly following the diet plan as directed in the guide book. I have only had a maximum of 4 bowel motions all of which where somewhat forced and I am been feeling extremely bloated, constipated and uncomfortable. I have not experienced a thorough clean out which I had anticipated, please help me with where to go next/what to do to achieve the desired outcome? Thanks, Rose
