Dear All, From chocolate daily to none at all and to my surprise the craving is non-existent. I have really enjoyed the total cleanse. At first I felt challenged but I got creative in the kitchen and it was all really tasty, even my children enjoyed the soups. Because my wife has pretty severe rheumatoid arthritis, we figured a good detox may be worthwhile for her because of 15 years of pretty severe medications. I began taking the DETOX back in February of 2009. I had given birth to my first child almost 10 months earlier and was having trouble losing that extra baby weight. Finished my 10 day detox about a week ago. And I felt absolutely amazing. Wish I could be on this detox forever!
