I am a longtime fan of Brett’s Detox herbals. I used them for the first time six years ago to keep my candida under check. What I like is to embark on the 50 days program, meaning 4 pills in the morning and 4 pills at night. Bret Elliott’s nutritional recommendations during the 50 days program coincide with my normal diet: fish, legumes, vegetables, whole cereals without gluten. For me the pills are just an extra herbal help to ease my digestive movements. I believe they can be used the whole year round by anyone who has already developed such a diet.

My skin got better after the detox period. Food intake shrinks, and felt more energetic and less sluggish. I like the regular ( two/ thrice) a day of bowel to the toilet, The routine that sets me drinking enough fluids throughout te day. Instructions was clearly given, and live te food list ( I can use it as a guideline for meals)

I loved doing the detox. I felt like I needed to do it for a very long time. I waited for my partner to go away on business to do the detox because I thought it would be easier when I was on my own. I was ready for it! It was so much easier than I expected. I am a huge meat eater and am one of those people who get cranky if I don’t eat when I need to. Therefore, I was worried I would have low energy and crave food I couldn’t eat. This was so far from the truth. I had higher energy and loved the food I was eating. I got really creative with the meals. By the 5th day I already noticed a difference in how soft and healthy my hair and skin were. I just felt great during the whole process. I have now switched to choosing healthier options in my eating since the detox. My partner even loves some of my new veggie dishes! We’re getting married next year and I plan on doing the detox a month or so before the wedding. I think I’ve convinced my partner to do it with me next time!

I have just ordered Ultimate Herbal Detox. This will be the 4th time I have used this in the last 5 years and it really works. I use the 10 day detox plan and I also followed the suggested food diet plan on two occasions and lost 7 kg each time. The third time I did not stick to the food plan so well but still lost 4 kg.
