I just wanted to say that I have done the Ultimate DETOX. I finished the weekend lighter, but felt like I had been for a “spring clean” on my body. By the end of the weekend I felt lighter and my energy levels had increased. I have just completed my 3rd DETOX with Brett Elliott and every time I am more amazed than the last time how wonderful this product is. I have done a large number of DETOX’s over the years but NOTHING compares to this product and its assistance throughout the process. Last year I started getting migraines for the first time ever in my life. After 10 months the frequency and intensity of these increased ten-fold, as well as the duration. I was beginning to have 1 or 2 a week often with numbing headaches in-between. Someone recommended Brett Elliott’s program to me and I decided to give it a shot. After completing my first DETOX the headaches, which were a constant by then, ceased for the first time in weeks. Imagine my delight. I did another DETOX 3-4 months later as I felt the twinge of another migraine coming on. It didn’t come and I didn’t receive another for 9 months. Hi Brett, I did my first of your DETOX kits last year 10 days out before Christmas as I wanted to lose some excess and feel better as I had been socialising a lot and eating badly then. I emailed you at the time as the excess just fell off me. In general I don’t eat a lot of meat, if any its usually fish or chicken and I eat a steak once every now and again. I did my 2nd DETOX kit in July of this year, I did this again just to feel better and get the weight back a couple of kg’s, this time the result was less dramatic. Each DETOX I’ve tried to give up something, I don’t eat near as much bread and I drink soya smoothies rather than milk. My unfortunate down fall is I love wine and tend to snack when I drink which is weekends. I exercise mostly daily, I am a show jumper and I try and cycle 20kms most days as well. I will now save up and I think I’ll do a DETOX again beginning of December. Anyway I just thought you might like to know how I got on. Anon

I just completed the five-day DETOX, and think it is even better than the 10-day one, which I did last June. The five day DETOX packed more “punch”, and I think it even cleared out material that the 10- day one didn’t do – I was amazed at what came through after only 9 months since the last time. It was also easier discipline-wise to do than the 10-day DETOX, so this time around I’m not doing any of the “rebound” eating I did last time (salami, chocolate, coffee etc), but slowly easing back into the kind of diet you recommend. Over the last ten years I’ve tried many cleanses – homemade and store bought.
