Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra)

Albizzia (Albizzia lebbeck) Bark
The Albizzia tree has been used in traditional medicine to treat diseases that cause swelling, like asthma, bronchitis, arthritis, and allergies. They have many benefits, including reducing inflammation and pain, and boosting the immune system. The Albizzia tree has compounds called flavonoids and saponins that can reduce inflammation.
Peppermint (Mentha Piperita) Leaf
Peppermint oil helps to reduce inflammation in the nose. It does this by reducing thickness, secretion, and the amount of harmful cells in the nose. It also helps to regulate a pathway that helps keep cells together in the nose. A study showed that breathing in peppermint oil is a good way to reduce inflammation in the nose, especially for people with allergic reactions.
Andrographis (Andrographis paniculata) Leaf
Andrographis paniculata has been widely used in China for centuries to treat various diseases, and especially to treat inflammation. Diterpenoid lactones are the main anti-inflammatory components of the plant.
Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) Leaf
For many years, thyme oil has been used in traditional medicine to help with breathing, reduce swelling, kill viruses and bacteria, and clean wounds, particularly in treating upper respiratory problems. Recent studies have shown that they may work to prevent the growth of bacterial films, fight against fungi and help deal with viruses.
Olive leaf (Olea Europaea)

Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium) Leaf
The feverfew plant has been used in traditional medicine for a long time. Ginger reduces allergy symptoms because it contains a substance called 6-gingerol, which stops a kind of cell (T cell) from being too active and causing allergic reactions. In simple terms, taking ginger can help prevent or lessen the symptoms of allergies like runny nose, sneezing, or itchy eyes.

How to take AllergEze

Dosage
