How to take Colonaid
You can take 1 to 10 Capsules Twice Daily depending on your goals.
Please Note – Capsules are Gelatin
It is best to start with 1-2 capsules daily at bedtime for the first week. If bowel movements are still not forthcoming and regular, then increase the dosage by one capsule daily each week until results are achieved.
For a quick cleanse and to help control yeast, bacteria, or parasites, a short burst of 10 capsules daily for 12 days would be ideal. You can repeat this again in 6 weeks to treat any stragglers.
