Hi Brett. I recently purchased your ultimate herbal detox program and am excited about doing it. I am about to begin the preparation days. I normally eat very well with a diet high in vegetables (raw and cooked), no gluten and very low amounts of meat. I do not know whether to do the 10 or 25 day plan. Is the 25 day plan more effective or just easier on the body than the 10 day? Hope this makes sense…
