Hi Brett. I recently purchased your ultimate herbal detox program and am excited about doing it. I am about to begin the preparation days. I normally eat very well with a diet high in vegetables (raw and cooked), no gluten and very low amounts of meat. I do not know whether to do the 10 or 25 day plan.
