Every year my husband and I do at least one detox. We love it. Not only do we gat an opportunity to shed the extra weight gained, which is an enormous bonus, but more importantly to us, it re-programmes us to lead a healthy diet again. Differently to other detoxes, the Brett Elliott one does not make us go hungry. On the contrary, we eat so well. In winter the soups are great and in Spring/summer we love the smoothies and salads. And funnily enough we feel full after eating a lot less food. Foods like bread tend to taste more like styrofoam at the end of the detox. We each lost about 5kg and it’s still coming off.
