The 2 weeks detox is a great programme, a bit hard to start with so many food restrictions , but the secret is to plan your meals. You have to know what you are going to have for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even what snacks you are going to eat. The result is definitely worth all the hassle, I was not feeling hungry and lost 1.5 kg, though the weight loss was not my goal. My sleep was much better, also did not have any bloating and was able to concentrate better at work. Thank you Brett and the team.
