The 14 day course worked well, I got a few impactions by Day 12. I did the 30 day course 2 years ago and got no impactions. On the 30 day I did lose some weight, which was appreciated. I think it’s an awesome thing to do, I’d like to do it annually. A lot of people at work were interested in the detox. Because it’s only 14 days missing out on favourite foods is OK. I also ran a 7km race with a good time (34 minutes) during the detox, so no loss of energy!
