Didn’t find it hard to stick to. Wasn’t hungry at all. Benefits once finished were : lost about 2 kgs , felt full of energy, motivated, focused and clearheaded. About 2 weeks after came down with a heavy head cold. Just got over that and got another one, not as bad. Probably just coincidence.

Hi Brett. I just wanted to touch base with you. I finished my two-week detox two weeks ago, and I am basically just eating the same food. I have not had any desire to eat red meat or chicken, nor bread or any wheat. I have had fish a couple of times (my body telling me to have it). It’s actually amazing. My sugar habit has gone, and if I want sweet, I have baked pears or a piece of fruit. I intend to continue this way, one meal, one day at a time. Thank you for all of the support from you and your Team during the detox, it was extremely helpful to have my questions answered so promptly and wisely.

I loved it! In the end, I lost around 5kg in two weeks. I found it easier to open all capsules and empty them into a smoothie. I was semi-vegetarian and very rarely have sugary things or bread so it wasn’t hard to change and drop certain foods. My bathroom habits improved. My skin was smoother in the end. I slept amazingly from day one, right through to my morning alarms. My energy was up and concentration and focus were really good. I felt my immunity got an extra boost too.
