Hi, My partner and I are both doing the 10 day detox and following the instructions to the letter. Neither of us has noticed any significant difference in bowel movements. While my partner has lost about 2kg, the scales haven't changed for me at all. I haven't noticed any other beneficial health effects of taking the herbs and I'm feeling somewhat disappointed. Hi Brett, I am going to purchase at least your detox kit because I have already used it a few years ago and I know what the ingredients are and that it works. I am just wondering what kind of protein you use for the shakes? This is important for me as I am thinking of trying them as well but I would not have soy or isolated whey. Hi Have been taking ultimate detox for 4 days. My bowel motions are fewer than before I started the program. From what I read this is not normal. Please give me your comments. Thanks Anissa
