Following my first DETOX I lost a staggering 22lbs in weight and after graphing my progress I lost another 14lbs on my second DETOX. I was very overweight prior to the DETOXs and can emphatically state that I felt marvellous following each one. There has been a number of benefits. My bloating has gone completely, my stools are passing much easier and I am sleeping much better. I lost between 5 to 6kgs and my mind is clearer. I am also noticing my energy is more consistent. I have been able to amend my diet – I am eating more cleanly by reducing my carbs and meat and eating more vegetables. This has made me feel great and it has been three months since programme finished. Other Comments: Other people have noticed my weight loss and I feel much better in my clothes. 2 months into my 3-month detox. It has been slow & steady & I’ve gone vegan!! Lost 4 of the 5 kilos I wanted to lose so nearly there. I just wanted to give you some feedback about the Herbal Detox followed by the Herbal Slim programme. I have finished them both and I have felt like I’ve had a huge increase in energy, mood balance, better sleep patterns and I feel less stressed. I dropped the around 5.5kgs and a total of 64.5 cms.
