Hi there Brett. I hope this finds you well. I have just completed my first day of taking herbs. I suffer from fibromyalgia and am over weight even though I have been on a whole food diet for over a year now. I am struggling to get to sleep tonight because my body is aching from fibro flare up plus I can't stop urinating. Is this normal? I also suffer panic disorder so these little things can be magnified. I'm on medication to manage attacks. Is this all ok for me to continue with or should I reduce my tablets to three?
