Hi Brett, Thank you for shipping to us in Hawaii. This is my 4th cleanse in 2 years. I love it. My question is: should I or should I not be taking my usual daily vitamins when I am doing the cleanse or do the herbal capsules kind of cover that? I am doing the 10-day version with a lot of capsules. thanks, Jane
