Hi, I have not been to the bathroom for three weeks and obviously i am getting desperate to go as i am in so much pain and very uncomfortable…my colonic therapist has recommended i go on your detox. I mainly eat fresh veges and fruit i have had a few nuts and cereals over the last few days..can i still start the detox tomorrow as i need to get things working.
