I have been doing this cleanse for 5 days now and im hardly passing any stools, and im still constantly hungry and im very tired and have a lot of headaches Im assuming im allowed to eat the foods on the list that you provided? I guess my question is am I doing this cleanse right? im drinking 4 sachets a day plenty of water and a snack of carrots and a hard boiled agg and then chicken and brown rice for dinner so far im not seeing any results and im not happy with the product any suggestions?
