I'm also due to have a colonoscopy this month (due to regular constipation (!), my medical history and a family history of bowel cancer). Hi Brett. On your 10-day detox program, starchy foods are to be avoided. Can I include kumara, peas, corn on the cob as it is included in your checklist? Also, can i use organic low fat/trim milk or soy milk for the smoothie? Thanks very much.

I have just ordered your product on line. I would like to begin preparing for it while waiting for the package to arrive. CAn you please tell me what I need to do for the 3 days before beginning the program as the information i have read says 3 days prep then 10 days tabs

I HAVE JUST PURCHASED THE ULTIMATE HERBAL DETOX AND BEFORE STARTING I WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT WHEN I SHOULD TAKE MY CURRENT MEDICATIONS WHICH I PRESENTLY TAKE IN THE MORNING AFTER BREAKFAST. MY MEDICATIONS ARE;- LOSEC 20MG, HYZAAR 1 DAILY, ASPIRIN 1 TWICE WEEKLY, PLENDIL 1 DAILY, CITALOPRAM HALF DAILY AND OMEGA 3 1000MG.
