Hi there, I was thinking of doing a detox as I was in hospital back in June for 2 weeks as I had an unsuspected bleed on my kidney…so cut things short I needed a blood transfusion, operations ect ect and nearly didn't make it (Im only 28) while I was in hospital I took LOADS of drugs 🙁 as I was in a huge amount of pain….. Im all better now but since then have felt sluggish and no energy and would like to do a detox as I have taken so much drugs recently and Im thinking this is why Im not feeling the best…. could you please suggest which one I should do! Thanks, Lisa
