A “Berry” nice smoothie!
- Plain Yogurt (or coconut cream)
- Fresh or frozen berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, boysenberries)
- 150ml dark Grape Juice, Noni juice or Pomegranate juice
- 100ml Water or Milk to taste
- 1 x BodiTune DETOX ’n SLIM sachet
- Can add Cacao powder to add flavor
Blend all together for a refreshing, tangy smoothie which is natural and chemical free.

Rats that ate a diet supplemented by 2 percent blackberries displayed better motor performance, balance, and coordination than a control group. The blackberry-eating rats also showed significantly greater short-term memory performance.
