This is one of my favourite summer recipes when I’ve been getting hot working in the garden. Great for lunch during the Detox or Slim programs.
You can use plain yoghurt or coconut yoghurt, and you can add the bananas if you’re not on a rapid, or deep 14-day cleanse, otherwise you can substitute the banana for an apple.
- Two whole lemons with skin on
- Two Banana and a Thick Ring of Pineapple
- 200ml Plain Yoghurt
- 200ml Coconut milk, or soy milk
- Add stevia to sweeten if you wish
- 1 scoop of BodiTune or BodiClenz
Blend Until smooth and creamy
