Hi – I am doing the 10 day detox and am on Day Two afternoon and am hungry all the time – I have faltered and eaten 1 piece of bread with peanut butter and a few nuts – is this a major issue? I am overweight by 7.5 kgs and would like to lose 10kgs. – how can I stop the hunger from setting in? Thanks
