Is this detox a good idea before sport competition?
Hi Brett! I really would like to start your detox program. However, in one month I’ve sport competition coming so I have to train every day at least 1-2 hours. Do you reckon it would be wiser to wait the end of my competition before starting the detox program? Also during the detox, am I going to loose muscles as well? thank you!

Rice Protein Powder OK?
Hi Brett My husband and I have got a kit each and we're just doing the three day prep for the detox. I was wondering whether I can have Red 8 Rice Protein powder in my smoothies in place of the whey protein you suggest. http://www.healthpost.co.nz/shop-by-brand/supplements-and-natural-health/red8/R8RP/Rice-Protein-Powder-(unflavoured).html I have a range of food intolerances – dairy is one of them and it's to casein, not lactose, so yoghurt and whey protein are both off the menu for me. Also, is coconut water/milk ok?
