Hi, I am currently doing the detox and I love it! I was just wondering, is it ok to have a cheat meal while I'm doing the detox? I'm going to a birthday party and I was going to stick to salad. But can I have a small piece of chicken or something with it? Just that one time! Thank you =)

Hi Brett, I just finished a ten day detox and I am now attempting two five day detoxes back to back. Can this harm me, is there any chance of overdosing? Please give me your thoughts and recommendations. I am a little worried that by doing this I will do more harm then good. thank you 🙂

Hi I have just started the 10 day detox and I wanted to know if I could have raw honey and coconut products such as coconut water, dried coconut, or coconut yoghurt? And can you clarify that it is OK to have almond or rice milk? Thanks:-)
