Not working?

Easy Print

Hi.. I am doing the 10 detox. I did a 4 day preparation where I eliminated the meats, breads etc and then have been on a pure diet from day 1 of the detox. I am now at the end of day 5 and there has really been no action as I expected. I have a bowel motion which is smallish each day and am starting to feel tired rather than energised. I was really bloated but it has only just gone back to what it use to be before I started this detox. for breakfast i generally have a smoothie with acidophilus unsweetened yoghurt, rice or oat milk and fruit, then fruit and vege throughout the day and the soup for dinner. Is there anything more I need to be doing – am feeling slightly deflated as I expected more. Thanks Kara
