  • 6 dates
  • 200ml Apple Juice
  • Tsp of cinnamon
  • Cup of yogurt
  • Add one whole apple or orange to thicken.
  • 1 x Detox n Slim sachet


Soak 6 dates until soft then add to the Ladyship Blender. Add 1 cup of apple juice, a teaspoon of cinnamon, a cup of yogurt and blend extra well until smooth. Once again this is a great dessert smoothie.
