Hi there, My name is Emily, and I stumbled upon the Ultimate DETOX kit on the internet in May this year, whilst trying to find a cheaper alternative to a DETOX kit available from the US. Finished my 10 day detox about a week ago. And I felt absolutely amazing. Wish I could be on this detox forever! My brain was the best part – just felt so clear and got all the little stuff done that’s just been lying around for months…. and my fuzzy brain suddenly worked – I had ideas and was creative again, which is big for me (being an artist :o) And I lost 3 kilos – which is also big, as I’m peri-menopausal and haven’t been able to lose as much as 200 gr. over the last couple of years….

During my school days I was a very active person and had never faced problems with digestion, metabolism, or maintaining a comfortable weight. Unfortunately, this ideal lifestyle slowly but surely changed since I graduated from University. I began taking the DETOX back in February of 2009. I had given birth to my first child almost 10 months earlier and was having trouble losing that extra baby weight. I was tired and slow and unhappy with how I looked and felt. Then I saw an ad for the Herbal DETOX and thought “why not?!” As soon as it arrived I read the booklet and made the conscious decision that I was going to do whatever I could to follow the diet. I just completed the five-day DETOX, and think it is even better than the 10-day one, which I did last June. The five day DETOX packed more “punch”, and I think it even cleared out material that the 10- day one didn’t do – I was amazed at what came through after only 9 months since the last time. It was also easier discipline-wise to do than the 10-day DETOX, so this time around I’m not doing any of the “rebound” eating I did last time (salami, chocolate, coffee etc), but slowly easing back into the kind of diet you recommend.
