Brett Elliotts Herbal Detox is the most beautiful combination of gentle and cleansing herbs on the market. I have done the Ultimate Herbal 10 day detox twice now and would recommend it to everyone. It is an amazing experience to be able to cleanse in this way and to have your body so supported and nurtured while doing so. I was having trouble with skin rashes and intolerances with chemicals (laundry powders, soaps etc) on my skin which i initially thought was all relating to products i used. I have learnt that I needed to cleanse the inside first and change my diet as an ongoing lifestyle change to enable my body to be able cleanse internally.These detox herbs are so wonderful, i never want to stop taking them and I am using the Detox Shakes to continue on with. I am a longtime fan of Brett’s Detox herbals. I used them for the first time six years ago to keep my candida under check. Now I use them not so much because they help me detox or loose weigh (I live in Africa and look after my health) but because they keep my digestive system running smoothly. What I like is to embark on the 50 days program, meaning 4 pills in the morning and 4 pills at night. Bret Elliott’s nutritional recommendations during the 50 days program coincide with my normal diet: fish, legumes, vegetables, whole cereals without gluten. For me the pills are just an extra herbal help to ease my digestive movements. I believe they can be used the whole year round by anyone who has already developed such a diet.

My skin got better after the detox period. Food intake shrinks, and felt more energetic and less sluggish. I like the regular ( two/ thrice) a day of bowel to the toilet, The routine that sets me drinking enough fluids throughout te day. Instructions was clearly given, and live te food list ( I can use it as a guideline for meals)

Easy to use. Amazing results in very short time. No adverse effects with the recommended elimination process just prior to starting. Lost my cravings ie my love of morning coffee, wine & nibbles.
