Thanks Brett. I was suffering from chronic sluggishness and pain in my left side (bowel), I hadn’t had a proper movement for about a week so you can imagine how I was feeling. I went into the DETOX quite quickly as I was desperate for relief, and although I started only taking 2, then 3 capsules I was on the full 5 by the 3rd day. Initially I felt nauseous and headachy but I forged on and bowel movements (loose) resumed thank God! I am feeling so much clearer in my head and more energetic/well. I have been eliminating really properly – finally – I think it was the porridge and bulk (rice) and perhaps the oranges (which are so lovely at this time of year) that especially helped afterwards. Hi there, I recently purchased two Ultimate DETOX Kits and just took the last of my herbal tablets this morning. I have lost all my excess over the 18 days I have been preparing for/completing the DETOX which I am really pleased with. I have a couple of questions though. My diet has been atrocious for a very long time and I expected to see some alien like expulsions similar to the photos however this has not been the case – I have never “poohed” so much in all my life but it definitely didn’t take on this alien form. When should I do the next DETOX – I am intending to carry on with the healthy eating thing indefinitely as I am feeling 500% better than I have for a long time with heaps more energy, better skin, fantastic weight benefits – the list goes on. Thanks for developing such a great product – I have told everyone I know about the DETOX and know that at least one of those people have rung and ordered a kit. It has been incredibly easy to stick to the plan. My crockpot has gone the whole time just about making batch after batch of delicious soup and I am eating heaps more fruit and veg than I have in a long time. Keep up the good work. I have just completed my 3rd DETOX with Brett Elliott and every time I am more amazed than the last time how wonderful this product is. I have done a large number of DETOX’s over the years but NOTHING compares to this product and its assistance throughout the process. Last year I started getting migraines for the first time ever in my life. After 10 months the frequency and intensity of these increased ten-fold, as well as the duration. I was beginning to have 1 or 2 a week often with numbing headaches in-between. Someone recommended Brett Elliott’s program to me and I decided to give it a shot. After completing my first DETOX the headaches, which were a constant by then, ceased for the first time in weeks. Imagine my delight. I did another DETOX 3-4 months later as I felt the twinge of another migraine coming on. It didn’t come and I didn’t receive another for 9 months. On top of this candida and thrush which I have always struggled with since having children went away. I maintained a dairy free diet for the first 3-4 months after cleansing but occasionally have dairy in my diet now and it is not a problem. This is the first time in years I have been able to eat and drink such products without having a flare-up. I know the DETOX helped in ridding me of this. However, another miracle occurred during partaking in my third DETOX. On the third day of taking the products I suddenly experienced a spiritual shift. The blockage that had been there for some months suddenly melted one evening and I know this was solely due to the DETOX (I was up to day 3 of taking the products). Clean digestive system and organs allows for a clean and focused mind opening the pathways to awareness and / or spirituality. This experience and realisation was both exciting and humbling. Hi Brett, I did my first of your DETOX kits last year 10 days out before Christmas as I wanted to lose some excess and feel better as I had been socialising a lot and eating badly then. I emailed you at the time as the excess just fell off me. In general I don’t eat a lot of meat, if any its usually fish or chicken and I eat a steak once every now and again. I did my 2nd DETOX kit in July of this year, I did this again just to feel better and get the weight back a couple of kg’s, this time the result was less dramatic. Each DETOX I’ve tried to give up something, I don’t eat near as much bread and I drink soya smoothies rather than milk. My unfortunate down fall is I love wine and tend to snack when I drink which is weekends. I exercise mostly daily, I am a show jumper and I try and cycle 20kms most days as well. I will now save up and I think I’ll do a DETOX again beginning of December. Anyway I just thought you might like to know how I got on. Anon

I just completed the five-day DETOX, and think it is even better than the 10-day one, which I did last June. The five day DETOX packed more “punch”, and I think it even cleared out material that the 10- day one didn’t do – I was amazed at what came through after only 9 months since the last time. It was also easier discipline-wise to do than the 10-day DETOX, so this time around I’m not doing any of the “rebound” eating I did last time (salami, chocolate, coffee etc), but slowly easing back into the kind of diet you recommend. Over the last ten years I’ve tried many cleanses – homemade and store bought. Throughout the years I have done several different cleansing programs. Though this was still ‘hard work’ (getting through those early cravings for ‘forbidden’ food) it was the easiest of all DETOX’s that I have tried, yet the results were rewarding. At the end my thinking was clearer, my energy had returned and healthy eating habits had been re-established. I no longer craved those unhealthy foods that I knew I shouldn’t be eating…which makes me realize that it’s time to do it again! Janet
