Its great you have a good product that works well and fast Pros: I thank you for this Product, the results were fast and my body was quick to get with the changes the herbs had produced, the bad food habits just disappeared and the bloated gut just shrunk away, it was back to fruit and veggies. My energy was high and the feeling of well being was outstanding, its brought me lots of joy and helped me get back to understanding my body and giving it what it wants. 3 years ago I made the decision to loose all my pregnancy weight…I was tired of being overweight and my daughter was heading for 4 years old I didn’t want to get any bigger weighing in at 115 kg I started to cycle I managed to get my weight down with cycling and gradual diet changes to 95 kg but could not get lower no matter how long or how far I cycled so I did research and realised i had to cleanse my system restart my metabolism and that’s when I came across Bretts Ultimate Herbal Detox….the first time I did it I made it to 4 days without cheating and lost 4 kg then next time I did it 6 months later I lost another 5 kg and managed to make it to 7 days without cheating. I took a break and slowly my diet went back to what it was and I went up 95 kg in a 9 month period well I decided last year I was going to do it again and I did I ran the whole time while doing the Detox in fact I had more energy and found I was able to run further I did 2 kits in a row and I did a Herbal Slim pack I dropped 11cm around my waist and 10 kg! I have used and will continue using the Ultimate Detox every few months. I 1st tried it about 3 years ago and found the benefits phenomenal to say the least. This has now become a way of life even to the eating program which I have found most enjoyable – I discovered vegetable dishes which the whole family now enjoy as well as smoothies on a daily basis.Other Comments: I found I lost more weight with the Herbal Detox than the Ultimate Slim? Could this be right? Maybe a combo of the two would be good.

Great Taste, I feel full and I do not have any cravings for sweets or salty things anymore. My stomach has stopped bloating after meals as well.

I carried on with the BodiTune protein drink after i had done the Ultimate Herbal Detox. I have lost a dress size and have managed to keep it off. People around me were getting colds & flu’s, having days off work. I found that when I did get a cold it didn’t hit me as hard. I just had a stuffy nose for a couple of days, and was able to carry on as normal. The best thing is it taste great and it is the perfect boost to start the day.

What’s not like about this detox programme, its easy to follow and simple. I had seen a Naturopath several times, with on-going IBS issues, bloating, constipation etc etc, they advised me I needed a detox to rid the bad bacteria from my gut. They kindly advised me the detox would be $600 through the naturopath, leaving horrified at the price I went to Hardys Health Store who put me onto Brett’s detox. I couldn’t wait to get started, and its honestly been the best thing I’ve ever done. Its been 3 weeks since I completed the detox, and haven’t had any of my bad symptoms return, I finally have a flat stomach after living with a bloated gut for years, I feel great! I can work a full day with high energy and don’t get tired and loose concentration around 2pm like I use too. I lost 3kgs over the 10days, which was quite a bit for me, my starting weight was 65kg, I wasn’t doing it for the weight loss but I feel so much better for it. I can go to the loo regularly now, I now know what foods my gut doesn’t like too much of and my mindset on what foods I eat has changed for the best. Also noticed that my eyes aren’t bloodshot anymore, they are nice and white 🙂 I would and have recommended this product to anyone who needs a change! 🙂

Have done the Ultimate Herbal detox a number of times, but this last time I really stuck to it and I got the result I wanted – I dropped 2 kilos. When you stick to the regime, the results are great. I feel wonderful – much lighter and my skin is glowing. The previous 2-3 times I was half hearted about my diet. So the message is – stick to the guidance provided and YOU WILL get a good result. I feel on top of the world!!

I really enjoyed eating all the fresh products, I felt really fresh and clean and had lots of energy by the end of the 14 days. My skin felt great, my IBS symptoms were relieved towards the end, and I learned a bit about some of the foods that seem to agree with me or more to the point some of the foods that don’t agree with me, such as grapes, not sure why!? Felt myself getting slimmer and less heavy feeling, my tummy didn’t seem bloated anymore. Just a good feeling of wellness. Other Comments: We were a bit unclear about how long it was for also, as we didn’t realise that the 14 days didn’t include the ‘cutting things out gradually’ 3 days minimum so maybe a diagram or flow chart for ‘dummies’ from start to finish day one do this day two and so on. I suppose a lot of people love the freedom to do what they want and really choose what they want to eat, but for me who doesn’t seem to have time to think, I would have preferred a this day have this, this day have that approach. Really enjoyed it though and will do again in the near future, maybe try it over a longer period this time and able to east other bits and bobs, also reduce amount of capsules per day. Have recommended to my parents and they loved it, they even ordered 5 more for friends and family!

I have been looking for some time for a detox that does not require you do drink copious amounts of terrible smelling or tasting liquid. This one is brilliant. You can get through the 14 days in a little amount of fuss and stress. You begin to see the results immediately. Once you are over the initial elimination phase it is a breeze to stay on track, your cravings for certain foods goes pretty quick especially if you are like us and love snacks…

During the Detox period it was hard to stay focused because I felt hungry all the time and after about day 4 when the bowel discharge increased to something beyond my imagination…but I don’t have any suggestions on how to get around these issues. Pros: I’m in my mid 50s and its been a long time since I’ve felt this good. I’ve taken another size out of my shirts and pulled my belt in 2 notches…Not sure on the exact amount of weight I lost because I think watching dial on the scales plays with your mind, but I have reached my ideal weight. I no longer feel overly hungry all the time and it doesn’t take much to feel I’ve had enough to eat. I’ve recommended it to others as it was recommended to me. Other Comments: The analyasis outlined in the instruction DVD and booklets were honest and pretty much on the mark
