Q: How do I log in to my account?
Q: Do I need to log in to order on the website?
A: You don’t need to log in to order from our website. If you have not ordered before an account will be created for you automatically. To log in you will need to do the following
- Click on the ‘login’ link at the top right of the main menu next to ‘contact us’ on a computer or tablet
- Click on the three-bar (hamburger) icon in the top right corner to open the menu on your mobile phone and click ‘login’ link above ‘contact us’
- If you have forgotten your password you will need to type in your email address and click the ‘Lost Your Password’ link just below the log in box.
How to Order
Checkout as a guest
Checking out as a guest is possible when you click ‘Checkout as guest’ and enter your email address. We’ll need this to confirm your order and update you on shipping.
Checkout as a logged-in user
Checking out as a logged-in user is possible if you’ve already signed into your account. You can sign in or create a new account by clicking ‘Sign in’ at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
Q: Are there any countries that you don’t deliver to?
We ship all over the world but do have trouble with customs in some territories, so don’t ship to these locations.

- Spain
- Russia
- Mexico
Most other countries we should be able to deliver to, but please feel free to ask for alternative delivery options if you live in one of these regions above.

A: Your order should arrive within 4-5 days if you live in New Zealand, and can be up to 10-14 days if you live elsewhere. You can track your order by logging into your account and clicking on orders. You should also have received a tracking link in a notification email when your order was originally shipped.
You can also contact one of our team and we can resend you the tracking link.
Packaging
Q: Is the packaging recyclable?
A: Yes all the Ultimate Herbal Health packaging is recyclable. The plastic capsules, powder pot bottles, plastic kit outer boxes, glass bottles, tea bags, and delivery satchels can all go into your recycling. We are also working on a replacement for the bubble wrap.
