We suggest making those changes to your diet for a minimum of 3 days because it’s a great support to the process of cleaning out the digestive system. We recommend doing the prep for a few days longer for those people who tend to have chronic constipation (or have a bowel movement once every other day or longer) or for those people who have a lot of bread or pasta. If this is not the case for you and you want to get started soon, then 3 days is fine.
The book says to do the pre-cleanse diet for at least 3 days. Is it really better to do this stage for longer?
