Q: My VIP member discount is not showing up correctly? Why don’t I see the member discount applied?
A: If you don’t see your VIP discount displaying there may be a couple of reasons:
- Be aware that the VIP discounts are applied to the full retail prices and are not deducted from any discounted prices.
- If you are already a VIP Clenz Club member, make sure you have logged in using the same credentials used when you first subscribed.
- Your VIP prices will not show on the shop-front, but should appear once you get to the product page or cart page.
- If you are not already a member, make sure you have added the products to your cart before adding the VIP membership to your cart, then the prices will drop accordingly.
- You may need to remove the VIP membership, then go back and add your products to the cart, and add the VIP membership again afterward, then the prices will drop accordingly

A: Because the VIP Club is a Subscription Afterpay can not be used as a payment method, however, there is a workaround.
