Ingredients: (per serving) 1 x apple 1 x cup of unsweetened coconut yogurt A sprinkle of cinnamon Method: Simply slice an apple with or without the skin and simmer in 1cm of water until soft. Coconut, Apple & Date Whip
Ingredients: (per serving) 1 x large apple 6 x dates 2 x dstspn soaked shredded coconut 1 cup of unsweetened yogurt Cinnamon sprinkle  ​ Method: Soak coconut in just enough water to cover it for 20 minutes. Chop apple into quarters. Add to blender along with dates, coconut and ½ cup of water. Blend using the pulse function until apple is just minced and you get a nice thick lumpy paste. Mix in 1 cup of plain unsweetened yogurt and blend. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Did you know? There is an important saturated fatty acid in coconut called lauric acid. This increases good-HDL cholesterol levels in the blood. HDL is a high-density lipoprotein it is beneficial on the coronary arteries by preventing vessel blocks. Mung Bean Coleslaw
A delightful dinner or lunch option. Serves 4 people Ingredients: A handful of mung bean sprouts ¼ cabbage 1 x large carrot 1 x tomato 1 x red onion A handful of baby spinach Fresh parsley Lemon juice Olive oil White Wine Vinegar Pickled Cucumbers and olives as an extra if you like Method: Slice the cabbage into chunky bits and throw in the salad bowl. Shred the carrot and slice the red onion then throw them in too. Toss in the mung bean sprouts and spinach. Dice up the parsley and throw it into the mix. Toss the coleslaw in the bowel. Squeeze the lemon juice all over. Drizzle the white wine vinegar and olive oil over the top. Cover with sliced tomato. Add pickled cucumbers and olives if you wish and enjoy! Juice with DETOX capsules – A easy way to take the capsules
Taking capsules can be a struggle for some people. Here is an easy way to take them. Method: Put 200ml of orange juice into the blender Add Herbal DETOX capsules excluding the Colonaid Add another 100ml of water and a sachet of BodiTune DETOX ‘n SLIM. Blend for 1 minute until smooth. Avocado, Broccoli & Cucumber Salad
Avocado is highly recommended when detoxing as it contains great fats for your body and for that extra bit of healing energy. Quick, easy, fresh, green, and lovely! Serves 2Â people Ingredients: 1 large or 2 small avocados 1 head of broccoli 1 leek 1 garden cucumber Olive oil Fresh basil or kalamata olives You can add a boiled egg if you’re on a 1-month gentle detox. Method: Chop broccoli and leek into bite-sized pieces and steam or blanch until a little soft but still crunchy. Chop cucumber and avocado into bite-sized pieces and stir into a bowl with broccoli. Finely chop a handful of fresh basil and sprinkle it into the salad with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil or homemade aioli. Orange & Pineapple Digestive Enzyme Smoothie
A great blend of fruits to make up a simple yet stunning smoothie. The combination of Pineapple and Papaya make this a great digestive enzyme rich blend. If you would like to know about Digestive Enzymes click here Ingredients: 1 slice of Pineapple 1 x Orange (or grapefruit) 1 x Apple Add Papaya (for extra digestive enzymes) 6-8 x Ice Cubes 200ml cold water 3 x Stevia tablets Method: Trim skin off the slice of pineapple and cut into chunks then add to Ladyship Blender. Cut off the ends off the orange and leave the rest of the skin, cut into chunks and add to the Blender. Cut apple and papaya into pieces and add it all into the Blender.  Add 3 Stevia tablets to sweeten it a bit and counteract the bitterness of the orange peel. Stewed Apple and Mango
Apart from smoothies, breakfast ideas can run short when completing a cleanse. This can also be a dessert on your detox or slim program. Apples provide an excellent source of healthy prebiotic fibre. Ingredients:  (per serving) 1 x large red apple 1/2 Mango A spoonful of unsweetened yogurt A small handful of Raisins or Currants Sprinkle of cinnamon Method: Add 1/2 inch of water to a saucepan. Slice apple with the skin on, add to the saucepan, and simmer until soft. Mash apple into the water with a potato masher. Slice mango into bite-sized pieces. Cover the stewed apple with mango slices and serve with a spoonful of unsweetened yogurt. Sprinkle with raisins or currants and cinnamon. Divinely delicious and fabulously filling. I have listed some down below but there are many more! Green Rocket Salad
Rocket is such an amazing herb I grew this Rocket in my herb garden and I can’t believe how much rocket I have to eat within the first month. Not only is it delicious but super healthy. I don’t have access to rocket then Iceberg lettuce, or Mesclun mix will do the trick. From one little pack of seeds, I have enough rocket to make a salad almost every night. That’s why they call it rocket. This is a perfect salad for your 7 day or 14-day Herbal DETOX (less the Feta) or use it on your Herbal SLIM with the Feta and alongside a piece of pan-fried fish. Sweet Potato, Leek and Salsa
Try this delicious warming recipe during your Herbal DETOX or Herbal SLIM program. It is filling and hearty and makes you feel very satisfied. Serves 2 people Ingredients: 1 x Medium Kumara (sweet potato) or 2 Parsnips 1 x Large Leek 1 x Large Broccoli Salsa: Coconut oil 1 x Onion 6 x large cloves of garlic 1 x Capsicum Garlic Shoots Tomato paste 250gm Cumin powder Oregano herb Paprika powder Cayenne pepper Turmeric powder Soy Sauce Apple cider vinegar Honey Method: Scrub the Sweet potato and oven bake in Jacket for 45 minutes at 180 Celsius. While the Sweet potato is baking finely slice leek and dice broccoli and place in a saucepan with only 2cm of water. You will want to simmer the saucepan for about 10 minutes and time this in with the Sweet Potato. Salsa method: On the side, dice the onion, garlic shoots, and garlic and place in a frying pan with 2 Tbsp of Coconut oil (or cold-pressed olive oil). Saute while adding the herbs to your taste. This will create a kind of curry paste. Gently blend in 1 Tbsp honey, 1 Tbsp vinegar, and 1 Tbsp soya sauce, then add the tomato paste and diced capsicum. Add a little water until you get the consistency of salsa you prefer. You are now ready to serve. The average sweet potato contains over 400% of your daily needs for vitamin A, more than any other food including beef liver, spinach, and carrots. Vitamin A is essential for the proper function of the retinal cells in the eyes. That’s where the old saying “Eat your carrots and you will be able to see in the dark” originated. Now you can tell your children to “Eat your sweet potato” as well.
Kumara, Capsicum Leafy Salad
This recipe makes an ideal lunch or dinner during your one or two-month Detox or Slim program. (Without the Feta it is suitable for 7 to 14-day DETOX program) This is very quickly prepared, using cubes of kumara or sweet potato leftover from a previous night’s meal. Serves 2 people Ingredients: 1 x Cooked sweet potato (Kumara), chopped into mouth-size pieces A Handful of Mesculin salad 1 x chopped red capsicum 50g of diced Feta cheese Method:Blend all together. The Kumara and feta give substance to an otherwise light and leafy salad. Cottage cheese or ricotta may be substituted for feta. Aioli Dressing:Peel and crush 3-6 cloves of garlic. Whisk together with 1/2 cup of yogurt, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, Juice of 1/2 lime (or lemon), 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar. Sweeten with 2tsp liquid honey or 2 x crushed stevia tablets.
